Easton Project 3 13.6 Hybrid Baseball Bat Review

Easton has a new project that they’ve been working on, and it’s the new 2019 Easton Project 3 13.6 Hybrid.

Has it been developed by secret scientists in an underground lab? Probably not.

Lets get into some details that you should know about the Easton Project 3 before anything else.

Details

This bat is BBCOR certified which means that you can use it in high school and college legues.

Another thing about the Easton Project 3 13.6 Hybrid is that it is a two piece hybrid baseball bat.

I’ll go over this a little more later but that just means that the bat can be balanced a little better since it’s just not one piece and that it has benefits from multiple materials.

Other than that I think you’re all caught up, lets get into the meat of this review.

The next part is about what sets the Easton Project 3 13.6 Hybrid from all the other 2019 bat releases this year.

Features

One cool feature that I should mention is the C-Core technology that is implemented into the Easton Project 3.

I won’t go into any details but this allows Easton to make some pretty this walls of this bat, which is an advantage.

Now to go off of what I was saying before, the two piece hybrid construction is great with this bat.

It means that Easton can really control where they want the weight in this bat. Having it only two and not three pieces also maximizes the force that is transferred from the hands to the barrel while still bringing good balance.

They have a new speed cap implemented on the Easton Project 3 which brings a little quicker swing through the zone and a little better control.

The last honorable mention is they actually have their own custom lizard skin wrap on handle. I only say that because I know it’s a crowd favorite.

So that’s basically all of the main features that I think you should know about.

Now let’s see what I think about this bat.

What I Think About the Easton Project 3

For one, I think it is a pretty solid bat.

I love Easton and the work they do so I definitly think that it is worth it if I was looking for this bat.

It is a good balance for the contact hitter and the power hitter, but on average most Easton bats are for contact hitters.

If you were looking at the Easton Project 3 then I can confirm that it is a pretty solid bat and you have a good chance of liking it.

The pop feels great, the swing is smooth, it looks cool. There’s a lot going on here for a reasonable price so I say go for it.

Well thank you for checking out my review and make sure to check the price out and other reviews here.
