Here we are with another review! This review is on the 2019 Easton Rival.

Shiny, new, and bright as a highlighter, this bat is going to be a hit among the travel leagues.

When I first saw this thing, it looked like a beacon of light. I’d be suprised if this thing does’t glow in the dark!

Ok enough of my horrible jokes, let’s get straight into the details.

Details

The 2019 Easton Rival only comes in a -10 length to weight ratio. This means it isn’t BBCOR or USSSA certified.

This bat is made for travel leagues only, as it is USA certified.

There is no other model that provides BBCOR or USSSA certification.

Also, this baseball bat is a one piece aluminum alloy construction, which as you proabaly know is super durable and cheaper usually.

I’ll talk more about that later but let’s just get into the performance of the review.

Features

One main feature that I just mentioned is the one piece aluminum alloy construction.

The first thing that the construction does is bring the price down quite a bit. You know that uncle Chris likes that.

The second thing that the 2019 Easton Rival has because of the one piece construction is great durability. You always want your baseball bat to last as long as possible, and that’s what this bat does.

It has a very basic end cap that doesn’t do anything special, unlike other bats where the end cap creates more bat speed or better balance.

This bat feels pretty light on the swing which is good for bat speed and contact.

Other than that, the 2019 Easton Rival is a pretty basic baseball bat if you are looking for a cheaper option without all the bells and whistles.

Now let’s get into what I think of this bat and if you should get it.

My Opinion On the 2019 Easton Rival

I say if you were looking at getting this bat because of the price and durablity, then go ahead.

The 2019 Easton Rival is a great option if you’re trying to save money or you want you kid to have a USA bat in their arsenal.

I would definitly be happy with this bat becuase of the the basic specs that won’t hurt past performance.

The 2019 Easton Rival definitly does not have all of these fancy bells and whitles that other bats have, but if you’re good with that then so am I.
